Arden University Guide 2020: Freshers week & teaching
Arden has a great team of expert tutors that will guide you through your study. You’ll get to know them throughout the duration of your course in online live seminars and tutorials, as well as emails if you are studying 100% online. Blended learning students will have face-to-face contact with their tutors, but if you have a burning question outside of class, you’ll have the same online access to them via email, phone or skype.
Arden are proud of the support they provide students. You’ll be assigned a student support coordinator who will be with you every step of the way from enrolment to graduation. You can read more about the Arden team here.
Through Arden’s innovative online platform, iLearn, you’ll also have plenty of opportunity to interact with fellow peers through forums and discussions.
If you are a blended learning student, you will attend an induction day that introduces you to the Arden way of studying and gives you opportunity to meet with your fellow classmates before term officially begins.
Undergraduate students studying at one of Arden’s study centres will be required to attend just 2-3 days of classes per week. Postgraduate students only need to commit to one evening session every fortnight.
Both blended learning and distance learning will give you the ultimate flexibility to work and earn alongside your studies, or care for family – whatever your life commitments, at Arden your study will fit around you.
