I am passionate about learning and personal growth, and I have gained different experiences throughout my journey. After earning my bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from BHI, I decided to pursue a diploma in Project Management. This marked the beginning of my professional journey in the construction industry. During this time, I worked on several projects that helped me develop important skills, including communication, management, and leadership. These experiences improved my opportunities for career advancement.

After five years of working in the field, I was able to join the management team as a planner. This role allowed me to take on new challenges and responsibilities. Since then, I have been focused on improving my management skills and tackling the challenges that come with leadership roles. Strong management is essential for success in any career, especially in a dynamic field like construction.

My academic and professional goals are clear. Know I need to enhance my knowledge in management to grow in my career. This improvement will help me secure a better position and take on more responsibilities. Particularly interested in joining the Project Management Office (PMO) in my organization. To achieve this, I need to learn more about management principles and practices. Gaining this knowledge will open new opportunities for me and allow me to contribute more effectively to my team.
