Studential Cookbook

Having to cook a meal for yourself every day at university may seem daunting if you haven’t had much practice at home, or generally just don’t enjoy the process of buying ingredients to produce something edible. However, this doesn’t mean you should live on takeaways for 3 years!

Here at Studential, we’ve put together our own cookbook, to help you with your culinary journey and give you the confidence to rustle up simple, tasty meals on a budget. Grabbing pizzas, burgers, Chinese and kebabs every night will cause you to start piling on the pounds, as well as making you skint. It’s cheaper and much healthier to cook your own foods, and by following some of our tips, you’ll be well on your way to becoming a pro in the kitchen!

Our cookbook contains details on the basics you should know before trying out some of our recipes, including advice on budgeting for your shopping, types of food to eat each day to stay healthy and different ways of cooking your ingredients.
